Community Spaces and Halls

The Council meeting room (seats 24) and the Foxley meeting room (seats 4) can be used by community groups, local businesses, or individuals upon request. These are both located within the Parish Council building.

The Foxes’ Den community cafe is situated adjacent to the parish office in the same Parish Council building.

The community spaces & halls listed are situated in the Parish of Binfield but are not managed by Binfield Parish Council.

Community BBQ

The Parish Council funded a Community BBQ that can be used by recognised community organisations and events, but not for private use.

Costs:

  • 1 day: £15 per day. For any additional days: £5
  • Full week: £30

Please note:
This small charge is to cover ongoing maintenance, and a £20 deposit for cleaning, that will be returned if the BBQ is returned in good condition. This is payable on collection.

The hirer is responsible for providing gas (Propane in red bottles).

Community Gazebo

This Community Gazebo is a Royal Blue 6×3 metre gazebo complete with side panels. Ideally six people, a minimum of four, would be needed to erect the gazebo.
