About Me

I’ve lived in Binfield since leaving university. I married my husband, Robert, in All Saints’ Church and our children (now adults) attended Binfield Primary School. Over the years, we’ve enjoyed many of the groups and amenities that our growing village offers and I feel very lucky to be part of the community.

Work wise, I’m privileged to be the Chief Executive of Thames Valley Air Ambulance where I work with an amazing team who give people the best chance when the worst happens, providing hospital-level care at the scene of an emergency. This gives me plenty of experience in many areas relevant to the Parish Council, including regulation, compliance, managing a budget and, above all, putting people at the heart of decision-making.

I was co-opted onto the Parish Council in June 2023.  It’s my second time on the Council, having served for about 12 years until 2015. I passionately believe that the Parish Council can make our day to day life better and it is a fantastic way to use my skills and experience to serve and give back to the community that means so much to me. I am serving as an independent councillor.
