Binfield Parish Council Neighbourhood Plan
In 2011 the Government published the Localism Act which means that local people will be able to have a far greater say over the future of the Parish in which they live.
The Parish Council wishes to know your views on issues such as the siting of housing, parking, Green Belt, infrastructure and many other topics with the aim to produce a Neighbourhood Development Plan for Binfield.
On 20 April 2016 Bracknell Forest Council brought the Binfield Neighbourhood Plan into legal force. It now forms part of the Development Plan for Bracknell Forest and is used in determining planning applications in Binfield Parish.
Five focus areas have been identified through community engagement.

It also revises some designations on the policies map.
Binfield Parish Council is a consultee and solicits input from the community to inform its commentary back to Bracknell Forest Council.
